AMPLEXOR is a leader in end-to-end content services and innovative content platforms, helping customers to maximize operational efficiencies and engage with their global audiences, scaling across markets. We’re looking for a flexible and versatile marketer to drive local marketing strategy and cross-channel initiatives for German speaking audiences.

This role requires a customer-driven mind, high level of creativity and attention to detail. The Content Marketing Manager will implement and monitor regional marketing programs, adjusting global strategies to local audiences in a timely and optimized manner.

Responsibilities:

Identify local marketing priorities and opportunities, keeping up to date with market trends and competitors
Adapt global marketing content for local audience, ensuring relevance and consistency
Create, implement and monitor local/regional campaigns aligned with global guidelines
Ensure content performance, continuously looking for opportunities to improve conversion
Work collaborative with different departments and key stakeholders to identify new and relevant subject matters to support content marketing strategy
Contribute actively to global marketing plan
Leverage market data to develop marketing initiatives/content topics
Collaborate with Creative and Digital areas to ensure consistent experience across all marketing channels and touch points
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Identify potential local partnerships to establish some key relation with media or influencers
Ensure all marketing content is localized for local audience (including white papers, newsletters, blog posts, social media content, leaflets, presentations, email copy and press releases)
Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
Create materials for sales enablement, including communication guidelines, presentations, videos, market overview & research, win/loss analysis and competitive battlecards
Support sales team through research and documentation of customer use cases and target buyer personas
Gather and analyze competitive market intelligence for accurate and confident strategic decision-making in market
Creation of reports on product-specific analysis
Monitor Competitor landscape

Profile:

Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and customer journeys in B2B environments
Sound understanding of inbound strategies and content that engage, educate and motivate
BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field
Native German speaker with fluency in English (written and spoken)
Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns (including Social Advertising and Google adwords)
Experience with CMS tools preferably including Adobe Experience Manager
Familiarity with marketing automation systems (HubSpot is a plus)
Familiarity with web analytics tools and SEO best practices
Proactive with a high attention to detail
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Up to date with digital/social landscape and marketing best practices
Creative thinker and able to pick up new skills and concepts quickly
