Sodexo is recruiting for the position - Reporting and tools specialist (m/f)

Your main responsibilities:


- Help establish and then own ongoing the measurement of ESSC performance across two centers, building and refining processes and procedures to support
- Leverage technical expertise to develop and manage service performance management tools and reports (e.g. Power BI, HEAT, ticketing tool)
- Analyse business report requirements by conducting information gathering sessions with clients and gaining understanding of business needs
- Design and build reports that require complex data manipulation and aggregation of data from multiple data sources; provide regular and ad-hoc leadership updates on service performance
- Collaborate with leaders in monitoring the ESSC service levels and driving change through tactical performance metric tracking and improved use of performance data
- Work with leadership to define SSC metrics based on functional and global SSC strategies
- Implement mechanisms and standard processes to measure performance, quality and customer satisfaction
- Develop metric tracking tools and reports, tailoring the approach to different stakeholders as necessary but driving towards consistency where possible
- Generate and review performance metrics reports on a regular basis;
- Identify and champion initiatives for process measurement, service quality and continuous improvement
- Monitor usage levels and generate inputs for the chargeback process
- Participate in relevant governance committees and projects related to performance management
- Establish and integrate leading practices for service performance measurement
- Proactively identify trends and opportunities for improvement, suggesting innovative
- Respond to inquiries from stakeholders on management reporting and data analysis requests, ensuring timely and accurate support
- Assist customers and team members in leveraging self-service tools for their reporting/data needs


What you'll need to Succeed:
- Strong command of verbal and written English
- 3+ years of relevant experience, especially experience with performance management reporting in a services organization
- Experience with data management and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, HEAT, ticketing tool) and knowledge of SAP
- Two to four years of relevant experience, especially experience with performance management reporting in a services organization
- Strong analytical skills and interest
- Strong finance and operations knowledge and experience
- Ability to interact with stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization
- Flexible individual with the ability to work independently/autonomously but also be part of a collaborative team in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of performance management and data management best practices
- A focus on quality and an alignment with Sodexo’s values’
- Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups, macros and charting)
